Personnel authorized for certification and control of cargo handling facilities on board ships and on fishing vessels as well as deck cranes on mobile offshore units.
Annual thorough examination shall take place at least once every 12 months. We accept that the inspection is performed +/- 3 months from the date stated on the certificate.
Every five years cranes shall be examined and tested. The examination and testing can at the earliest be performed 6 months before the date stated on the certificate, but no later than the date on the certificate.
