Report errors by sending an email to our service desk.

To identify and resolve the issue you have experienced, we need more information. Please send us:

  • contact information of the user experiencing the error
  • step-by-step description of how the error can be reproduced, as well as expected and actual results
  • screenshot of the entire browser window when the error occurs. The URL address must be visible
  • the exact time when the error occurred;
  • if related to My Vessels: name of the user who is logged in.

Remember to protect personal information: Leave out or blur sensitive information.
