The Norwegian Maritime Authority (NMA) would like to remove the confirmation of construction from the Regulations (current appendix 3) and instead make it available on the NMA Forms Services, where other NMA forms are available for download.
This will make it possible to create a new graphic profile for the confirmation of construction without amending the Regulations. The solution will create more flexibility when it comes to accessibility and digitalisation of our services.
These amendments do not include material changes with regard to construction and equipment or to the issuer of the confirmation of construction.
Consultation
The amendments that are implemented do not affect the material content of the confirmation of construction and have therefore not been circulated for review since that has been rendered unnecessary.
