  • You must fill in the Self-declaration - for seafarer's doctors. Enclose the application for approval or renewal.

Should you e.g. change location or system, an updated self-declaration must be submittet to the Norwegian Maritime Authority.

  • The Norwegian Maritime Authority have developed a circular to show the minimum required content of a quality system.

The circular RSV 11-2021 Quality system for seafarer's doctors is based on principles from international standards for quality systems, but is not complete with regard to the respective requirements in the different standards.
