Return of Hard-Copy Original Documents

As a government agency, the Norwegian Maritime Authority is only allowed to return documents by regular mail.

If you wish to use a trackable postal service, we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the cost of the shipment yourself.

Please coordinate collection with your case officer in advance, and wait to place the order until you have received confirmation that the documents are ready.

Once the shipment has been arranged, send a copy of the waybill to your case officer so that the documents are ready when the courier arrives.
