Officer on Call
The ship and the parties are often located in different time zones, and it is then necessary to accommodate our customers with flexible opening hours.
We provide full-scale case processing in NIS and NOR in connection with, for example:
- Change of flag both into, and out of, the Norwegian Ship Registers
- Changes of ownership
- Financing and establishment of mortgages
- Registration of new ISM liable company
To ensure that ships can sail, payments carried out and insurance liability transferred, the officer on call issues:
- Provisional Certificates of Nationality/Registry
- Confirmations and certificates evidencing registration
- Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR)
In the event of planned registrations, we kindly ask to be informed as soon as possible in order for the officer on call to be informed and prepared.
The officer on call will, of course, also answer other questions related to registrations in the Norwegian Ship Register.
International holidays and Sundays
International holidays and Sundays are exempt from the scheme.
The following days are considered international holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Christmas Day
