Processing time for personal certificates

You will find that there is a processing time to be issued a certificate.
It usually takes between 2-6 weeks from the time you have registered your application until you receive an answer. The length of the processing time will vary depending on which certificate you are applying for.

The certificate fee must be paid before application is processed.

Urgent processing of the application:

Urgent cases are time-consuming and delay ordinary case processing, so we ask that such requests only be submitted when a very difficult situation arises. If there is a need for urgent processing of the application, the company/employer must submit a well-founded prioritisation request to post@sdir.no.

NB! Priority requests that do not contain the following information will not be processed:

• Reasons for why the application should be prioritised
  • Ex: Lack of personnel
• Payment confirmation
• All requirements to be issued the certificate must be met and documented (see requirements here)
