There is no requirement for passenger and crisis management if you have on board:

    • colleagues who are employed by you who will be transported to and from the location
    • personnel from fish health, administrative staff, etc.
    • persons who will be present during the voyage to do a job on board the vessel itself or at the location. e.g.: electrician or other service people

Other persons who join on board outside of a work situation, for example as part of recreation or viewing (school classes, delegations with elected representatives, etc.), fall under the passenger concept, and the driver must have a course in passenger and crisis management in order to carry these.
