Security awareness, Seafarers with special security duties and Ship Security Officer (SSO)

Information related to the Certificate of Proficiency Security Awareness, Seafarers with Special Security Duties and Ship Security Officer (SSO)

The certificates of proficiency are issued by an approved training centre on behalf of the Norwegian Maritime Authority.
You only need to hold one of these three certificates of proficiency based on the tasks you have on board.

None of these certificates of proficiency shall be renewed.
