Application and Viewing of Certificates Without National ID Number or D-number


It is possible to apply for and view certificates, as well as track the application process on My Page Seafarers, even without a National ID number or D-number.

Guidance:

  1. Log In:
    Go to https://sjofolk.sdir.no/

  2. Choose Login Method:
    Click on "Sign in or register with email".

  3. Create or Log In to Account:
    Choose whether you want to log in to an existing account or create a new one.

  4. Find the Certificate:
    Search for the certificate you need.

  5. Follow the Application Process:
    Complete the steps in the application.

  6. Payment:
    The application must be paid for before processing can begin. A receipt can be downloaded after payment.

  7. Certificate Available:
    Once your application is approved, the certificate will be available at https://sjofolk.sdir.no/ or in the NMA Seafarers app.
