The syllabus for the boating exam consists of four parts
- General seamanship
- Acts and regulations
- Navigation and chart reading
- Particularly important topics
The syllabus describes the knowledge that candidates for the boating exam must acquire before taking the theoretical test.
Questions from part four, especially important topics, will be emphasized more during the boating exam than questions from the other courses.
