We encourage our seamen to keep fit through exercise and the service offers a wide variety of sports activities and competitions.

“A fit seaman – a safer ship”

That is why we encourage our seamen to keep fit through exercise. We are just glad to honour good efforts in cycling, jogging, walking, swimming, rowing, golf and weightlifting. The annual distance in each discipline will tell if you have managed to exercise the necessary kilometres.
