The conference is a NCMM (Norwegian Center for Maritime Medicine) and NMA (Norwegian Maritime Authority) partnership conference. NMA invites seafarers’ doctors, shipping companies and others to attend this conference – as a meeting point for personnel engaged in seafarers health.
Day one (26th August) is mainly for seafarers’ doctors – where among other items, the new NMA Health regulation will be presented and all obligations that this new regulation have for discharge of one’s duties. The International Sea health conference (27th-28th August) will present research and experience on seafarer’s health.
