What you need to have ready
- Find the necessary documentation, e.g. yourr course certificates.
- Scan your attachments to your computer.
- Find your bank ID or login codes for use on Altinn.
- Find a credit card to pay the certificate fee. NB: The application must be paid electronically, you will not receive an invoice.
- A payment solution will appear after the application form has been completed.
- Applications are not processed until the fee has been paid.

The NMA recommends that everyone apply for a certificate electronically. It is possible to apply on a paper form, but you must then expect a much longer processing time.
Also remember that you must pay the processing fee before the application can be processed. You will receive an invoice after we have received the application.
