Read this before you apply

  1. In the event of a rejection, the application fee will not be refunded. If you have applied for the wrong licence, the application fee will not be refunded, and you will have to pay a new application fee when you apply again.
  2. Information about completed courses (theoretical and practical parts) must be reported by the course provider. The only thing you need to do is upload your photo and signature, as well as pay the application fee.
  3. If there is no high-speed course registered on your name, you must contact your course provider.
  4. You must be at least 18 years old to be able to apply for a high-speed licence.
