Apply for High-Speed Certificate

Read this before you apply

  1. In the event of a rejection, the application fee will not be refunded. If you have applied for the wrong licence, the application fee will not be refunded, and you will have to pay a new application fee when you apply again.
  2. Information about completed courses (theoretical and practical parts) must be reported by the course provider. The only thing you need to do is upload your photo and signature, as well as pay the application fee.
  3. If there is no high-speed course registered on your name, you must contact your course provider.
  4. You must be at least 18 years old to be able to apply for a high-speed licence.

Follow these guidelines to get a good picture

  1. Images must be in .jpg or .png format
  2. The photo should show your face as you look today
  3. The face should show the entire head and the upper part of the shoulders and be taken straight from the front
  4. The gaze should be directed towards the camera's lens
  5. Both eyes, eyebrows and ears should be completely visible
  6. The facial expression should be neutral and the mouth should be closed
  7. The background should be white, and the face and background should be evenly lit
  8. Glasses and headgear must not be worn (certain exceptions for religious headgear)
  9. Scarves, bags and outerwear are removed before being photographed
